What’s Included in Your New WDL Home
We often get asked ‘what do I get as standard?’ and the answer is quite a lot, here we take a look at what’s included. Don’t forget that we also provide the opportunity to upgrade your standard items to alternative ranges to ensure that you have the home you’ve been dreaming of.
The Kitchen
Arguably the most important room of the house for some you will have a choice of our standard kitchen range with the option to add your personal touches, such as granite worktops with undermounted sink or an integrated microwave to keep your worktops free of appliances.
Your new home will come with a gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, integrated dishwasher* & not forgetting an integrated fridge freezer*.
Flooring Package
When you move into your new home you don’t want to be waiting for your flooring to be installed after completion so at WDL Homes we include your flooring package as standard.
This includes LVT* laid straight or ceramics* for your kitchen, utility and cloakroom. LVT to your bathroom and en-suite and carpets throughout the rest of the house.
Wall Tiling
With a wide selection of wall tiles to choose from you’re bound to find your perfect look from the samples in our Sales Centre. We include half height tiling to your bathroom and en-suite with a splash back to the sink in the cloakroom.
A popular choice is to add half-height tiling to the cloakroom to finish off the look.
Built in Wardrobe
Most* of our homes come with sliding wardrobe doors to the master bedroom. Whilst we offer a selection of standard mirrored doors you also have the option to upgrade to colored doors or personalized internal layouts.
The Garden
We really do offer a ‘turn key’ experience with all our homes coming with a patio to the rear garden with the rest laid with turf and the front garden being a combination of turf and planting.
Depending on the build stage if you would like upgrade to an extended patio or preparing the garden for artificial turf instead of the real thing then these are all options that can be discussed.
